He's since gone and made a cute little post up called "Warning!":
Rather than "confess" his deceit, he's decided to compound it by attempting to block "unsympathetic, even antipathetic" commentators from his blog.
This basically means that if you're in any way remotely critical of the Bishop's acts of fraud and deception, then you can forget trying to get him to explain himself!
